02 Eligibility

Wagering Requirements

Most tama bet bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. Members who attempt to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will have the bonus portion of their balance forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

tama bet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating bets across accounts to reduce risk, using bonus funds in a manner that exploits a loophole rather than genuine play, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry date, which is stated in the relevant offer terms. Unused bonuses or free bets will expire at the end of their validity period without replacement or compensation.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at tama bet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

Once a bet has been submitted and confirmed by the tama bet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. It is your responsibility to verify all selections, stake amounts, and odds on the bet slip before confirming.

Payout Errors

In the event of an error in displayed odds, a system fault, or a payout calculation error, tama bet reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected outcomes. Where an incorrect payout has already been credited, tama bet may recover the difference from the member's balance or future winnings.

Minimum Stake

The minimum stake per bet at tama bet starts from ₱100. The maximum stake per selection is displayed within the bet slip and varies by market, event, and member account status. tama bet may impose additional stake limits on specific accounts or markets at its discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tama bet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, navigate, or place bets on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corruption involving events offered on tama bet.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from tamabet.best.
• Placing bets using insider information not publicly available at the time of wagering.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party or using the tama bet platform as a money transfer service.
• Using the platform for any activity connected to money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited activities.
• Creating or attempting to create a second account after a previous account has been suspended or closed.

Accounts found in violation of this section will be suspended immediately. tama bet will cooperate fully with Philippine authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation arising from prohibited conduct.

08 Responsible Gaming

tama bet takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should always be an optional form of entertainment funded exclusively from disposable income — never from rent, utilities, food allowances, education fees, medical funds, or any borrowed money.

tama bet offers account-level tools to help members manage their activity, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion. 09 Privacy and Personal Data

tama bet may be required to share certain member information with Philippine regulatory authorities, financial institutions, or law-enforcement agencies where required by applicable law. This is not a breach of your privacy rights under the tama bet Privacy Policy.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

tama bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve months (balances subject to applicable dormancy policy).
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, any remaining balance may be forfeited at tama bet's discretion. Where closure is initiated by tama bet for reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the member through their registered payment method following completion of withdrawal processing.

Members wishing to close their own tama bet account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. All pending bets will be settled normally prior to closure, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11 Limitation of Liability

tama bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain uptime, performance, and accuracy of information, tama bet does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.

tama bet is not liable for any losses arising from: events beyond our reasonable control (including third-party system failures, internet outages, or force majeure events); a member's choice of wager or game outcome; reliance on any information provided on the platform for investment or commercial purposes; or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your login credentials.

Where applicable Philippine consumer protection law does not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or consequential losses in certain circumstances, tama bet's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

tama bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at tamabet.best/terms-conditions with a revised review date. For significant changes, tama bet will endeavour to notify active members via the registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the tama bet platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the new terms take effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Members agree that any dispute will first be raised with the tama bet support team via email to allow for good-faith resolution before any formal proceedings are commenced.
